Kenoteq joins The Circular Revolution over London with Architects Declare and Futurebuild - and makes our circularity pledge
The 32 pods of the London Eye were filled with circular economy advocates and specialists brought together by Architects Declare to shine the spotlight on the role the build environment can and must play in enabling a circular economy. 
The Circular Revolution called on the UK government to provide a robust policy framework that incentivises a circular economy. Each pod made bottom-up Pledges and suggested top-down Asks of government.
Kenoteq ‘s Pledge - with the support of pioneering developers, specifiers and contractors, Kenoteq pledges to use 4.2 million tonnes of recycled construction and demolition waste next year in the manufacture of 2 million K-BRIQs - saving the waste material from landfill, saving the equivalent in raw materials from excavation and saving nearly 900 tonnes of carbon in the process. 
And that's just year 1, there's lots of potential for manufacturing to scale on-site and regionally and internationally.
